  • Leica Store Manchester, the UK’s Only Independent Leica Store, were looking for an ongoing marketing consultancy role- running strategy and delivering on key marketing channels including product launches, management and optimisation of e-commerce website, social media, email and paid campaigns. They wanted to run community events to boost their profile and expand their networks.

    The key deliverables had to be representative of the luxury brand and in line global Leica brand guidelines.

  • We approached this dynamic consultancy role with a quarterly plan aligned to Leica HQ’s KPIs and guidelines.

    Collaborating closely with the management team, we optimised and relaunched the website—revamping the CMS and inventory systems. We crafted a clear digital strategy across social media, email, and paid ads to grow reach and engagement.

    To boost brand awareness, we secured commercial partnerships and connected with local influencers and charities, creating meaningful community ties.
